Method︰
- Cut green, red and onion into dices, section spring onion, slice garlic.
- Cut chicken into cube, mix with marinade for about 10 minutes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil, saute peppers & onion until soft. Remove.
- Fry the chicken cubes with remaining oil, add black pepper & fry until fragrance.
- Stir in pepper, onion & sauce ingredients, mix well. Ready to serve.
